LHS Bowling provides schedules, scores and statistics for Louisville bowling, plus tools for authorized staff. By using the site, use these tools responsibly and respect the privacy of participants and staff.

Public viewing and staff access

Visitors can view published information without creating an account. Staff tools require an invitation and the appropriate role or team assignment. A staff member may only manage information they are authorized to access. Keep sign-in details private, use your own account and sign out on shared devices. School administrators may change or remove staff access.

Merlin TechWorks provides the software; school staff manage the team's entries and publishing choices. Access to this site does not give permission to speak for the school, league or another organization.

Responsible use

Enter information you are authorized to provide, review names and scores before publishing or sharing, and use correction tools responsibly. Do not use the site to harass people, expose sensitive personal information, impersonate someone, interfere with scoring or attempt to bypass access restrictions. Do not share private coaching records or staff-only information without authorization.

A jersey number is used to identify a bowler in scoring and reports. Do not enter government identifiers, passwords or unrelated personal information in roster or scoring fields.

Scores and statistics

Live scores are provisional and may be incomplete or corrected. Statistics depend on eligible recorded results and available frame detail. A total-only game cannot supply a complete frame-by-frame history. Finalization records the result in this application; resolve any official competition dispute with the appropriate school or competition officials.

Schedules, venues, calculations and exports can contain errors or be delayed. Confirm travel details with school staff, and review recap totals and bowler information before submitting them as official records.

Google exports and other reports

Google export is optional. You choose a Google account and grant the permissions shown by Google. You must have legitimate access to the school template and destination folder. The app creates and fills a new recap copy rather than modifying the source template. Repeating an export can create another file with the same name.

You are responsible for reviewing reports and choosing who can access them. Files and links you share may remain accessible outside this site. Google and other service providers apply their own terms and account policies, including school-admin restrictions. Removing bowling staff access or disconnecting Google does not delete reports already created.

Excel, image and calendar exports are copies of information available at the time they are generated. A calendar subscription refreshes according to the calendar provider; a downloaded calendar file does not update automatically.

Availability and saved work

The site is provided as available. Network, hosting, browser and third-party service issues may interrupt scoring, exports or live updates. Confirm that a score was saved before closing an entry screen. Device recovery drafts can help with interrupted work but do not replace a successful save, and clearing browser data can remove them.

No promise is made that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable as the sole record of a match. Keep any records required by your school or competition.

Privacy, corrections and changes

The Privacy Policy describes team information, staff accounts, browser storage and optional Google access. Contact support about an incorrect record, access problem or privacy request. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the updated date appears above.
